You can change your bank account. At least in the Adyen version of managed payments.

Ebay staff are just students working in call centres. If they actually knew how ebay worked then they would be selling, not answering the phone!

just tell them the truth,selling on Ebay using different seller IDs are very common.
you show them your Ebay invoices .if you buy from suppliers,supplier invoices

I always change to a physical phone for my stealth accounts with no problems. Just don't change the address and name as it may throw up red flags.

I found that logging out of paypal for a few days (don't log back in during this time) while at the same time, building ebay cookies will help a lot.
