Dreamweaver is really easy to use for HTML and it's a great software.

It'll help a lot if you know a little basic of HTML still.

I'm not sure, but I know that in Dreamweaver, all you need to do is type in and put in whatever you want to put in the program. It has a lot of features... more than PS even.
There's also a website tutorial for dreamweaver.

SPend a couple of hours on the things you want to do and you should be up and running.

Dreamweaver is good. It makes writing your HTML sites a lot easier/faster.

I still like notepad though.

If you're on a mac, I personally prefer Coda.

If you're a hardcore programmer, take a look at vim.

Personally Dreamweaver is the best. HTML5/CSS/Javascript. I design and build wordpress sites and it is great especially with the wordpress plugin I bought in addition.

For beginners to experts it is amazing little piece of software. Lots of Tutorials online for it. You do save a quite a bit of time.

I use Photoshop/Dreamweaver and WampServer for testing.
