Sales just don't come out of nowhere, nobody said it would be easy, it takes work. My first online business was powered through paid per click (AdWords) ads which enabled me to get sales within hours of going live. I then transitioned to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and then to the marketplaces such as eBay, etc. It's fun stuff.

It's possible, but takes time and money. You can make it if you find way how to get enough traffic. Maybe to find some expert that can get you traffic.
