any withdraw over 10k in a single day gets flagged reported to IRS (My wife works in banking). Doesn't mean they will do anything about it, its pretty common, however again, it does get reported.

This wont work. They will file a counterfeit claim. We had quite a few products we found out was not allowed to sell on Amazon (or online) after purchase and after we sent them FBA. The wholesaler...

PS. Audit is not as drastic as people make it out to be. Ive been audited and most of it was through mail or phone. Really not a big deal if your accountant signing off on it.
