But that's the thing, I purchased the account from someone which had another SSN on it. I had no intent to steal someone's social, they SS was just on that account to begin with before I purchased...

Yup that's what I'm doing actually, just going to pay off the whole tax amount so if the IRS does come looking they'll see atleast I paid what I needed to.

Yeah I plan on paying it even thought the 1099K is using someone else’s TIN. Hopefully that will help me from not getting in trouble
