Not adding VCC, just IBAN, but there was an error and ebay asked me if my address matches the one from the bank account.

Update: Tried old bank account - still not working. Tried to register new account with real details and iban - not working. Ebay registration page is obviously broken.

Apparently bank accounts can't be reused, contrary to the advice I was given. Previously was able to register and reuse BAs, but got suspension after first sale. Since I did not send...
