Yes, of course. Each account had unique data. They were all verified by Payoneer. The bank statements were made from the original PDF statement, all the metadata was deleted. They were blocked...

All my Payoneer Russia and Ukraine accounts with fictitious id data were blocked. Most likely they have databases. If you make accounts with real data there is no problem with it.
