You need find a accountant who know how to 0 declare since Ebay/Amazon already deduct the 20% VAT, otherwise, HMRC may still charge you VAT.

They just ban new accounts randomly, and you just need call and email them, usually they will lift it if the account is not stealth. And YES, they are sh*t

Yes, any outside UK need VAT number to sell local, and one VAT take 1~2 months to apply now.

If you can have many accounts, it is really stupid to let any account reach 85000, or you can just develop one account to pass 85000 as your main account, others always stay below 85000

Yes, you cannot add same VAT to different accounts, however it is not your concern now, you just sell below 85000.
The main problem is manage payment verify. You need real name and UK bank account.

If it is stealth account, you can say goodbye to your money now. If Ebay don't verify the ID you upload, I am afraid then they don't release any money to you. MP is the worst thing since Ebay start...
