This is not true. Many people have had their accounts suspended this way after changing their details to real ones then back again. It may have worked for some but not all. My way may also not work...

So you have more than 1 stealth ebay account? Did they all get the paypal message but only 1 account had an expired cc? Would be great if it was just the expired CC issue. Easily fixed

I saw it at about 9am today when I logged into paypal, no, non of my ebay accounts are registered businesses but I do pay tax on all of my income.

got the same thing on all 3 of my stealth accounts. One is 5 years old and has 25,000 feedback. Didn't apply for a loan or even remember reading anything about it. It may be paypal getting updated...
