As long as you sync with ebay you can carry on using Paypal until payoneer have finished. I've had one account go through the other has been waiting for payoneer to approve one document for 6 weeks....

I changed the card today back to my credit card. They never gave me a list of things they wanted but I have now uploaded my ID, credit card statement as proof of address and company incorporation...

You will stay on the UK site with an address as Thailand but you will have to add a Thai Paypal account and bank.

Paypal Thailand are not accepting any new accounts, so you will have to accept MP...

I have several I have never used. I doubt you'll get anyone selling their Thai PP accounts as you can't make any new PP accounts until next year at the moment - or more likely for the foreseeable.
