Thanks for the tips. Managed to withdraw for one account after adding a greek bank account. Will find out whether US bank accounts work or not by calling them.

Before the paypal was limited, i sent the money to another paypal to cash out.

I called them several times, each time the rep said something different. The rep said I can always add a US bank account. She said the problem that I was using VPN -- I was using amazon instances....
