Are these accounts in VT or MA? They have a 600 dollars limit per year so as soon as the money came in. They will ask you for the Tax Id and eventually limit the account

that is not a spoof email. That is from Paypal and you either need to provide the Tax ID or SSN or the account will be limited. 600 dollars applied to MA and VT since 2017

It happened on 2 of my PP account for the reason. They asked to complete the limitation step. And they account based in VT which they asked me to provide the tax Id or SSN. But I chatted wtith the PP...
