just create a new user for each account and use a mobile dongle for each one.

When you want to swap accounts, log off and log in on the new user and restart your dongle. cheapest way :)

they usually ask a handful of basic questions like name address...

check all your bank accounts to see, but sometimes it says it has been paid when it has not, and you will receive an email in a few days from ebay saying that the fees were not paid and are now due....

I would recommend using the VCC as well.

For one of my accounts I would withdraw and leave enough to cover the PP fees in PP account however this hurt when it got limited just before the fees came...
