theres so many possibilities it would be incredibly hard to tell

bots pick up suspicious activity patterns, so if you appear risky... you're a goner

no there are three different vanillas-

set amount (25, 50, 100)
custom amount (20-400)
reloadable (prepaid bank)

there are the vanillas with set amounts - $25, $50, $100.... and there are the vanillas with custom selectable amounts - $20-$400.

its likely a premier. theres no distinguishable difference in appearance

test it by following my google tip and see if that link gives you the option for premier

you can do what I have already suggested

to upgrade to premier- google "upgrade to premier" and click on the first link

does not work with all search engines so best to use google.

This is what I tell my customers:

If/when you approach the 200item/$20,000 IRS limit, or pace to hit it, paypal will send you a request to provide tax information via email and sign-in...

its best to wait until paypal requests tax reporting information before upgrading to business… otherwise, upgrade to premier if you desire the added benefits.

have an EIN handy at least 2 weeks...

imo, they are a good bank to have to withdraw from limited accounts after they release funds, then removing the savings account after...

yeah pay per click is where its at… just don't get the attention of a competitor who's holding a monopoly down, who also utilizes stealth to their advantage. Things get very complicated this way
