Ok so i messed up, i know the normal rules. either pay with card or use paypal balance and dont let direct debit get sent off for e-cheque for eBay fees.

Reason for not using cash advance is becuase of fees, and limits, the card only allows so much of there limits for cash and the rest for purchase i cant max all the cards with cash advance...

I know its odd but i have my reasons, all my problems come from uk rival sellers. even if i only got trade from outside of the uk i would be better than nothing at all and contantly getting attacked...
