once the payment is shown as COMPLETED to a merchant (retail shop i.e. jd, house of fraser or whatever) it cannot be reversed though am i correct?

quick question:

my ebay account has got closed, but my paypal is still open, with funds inside.

if i withdraw it i know theres a good chance it will trigger a paypal limited alert...

i just tried to withdraw a really low amount (£40) and it let me do it, so shell i let that withdraw go through and try again? or should i still phone then tommorow?

nothing mate, i rided the 180 days out. then i phoned a month before and asked for the funds to be released and they said send in identification, no problem, so i sent in the passport and utility...
