Yeah i got this too.

Seems Ebay want to dispense with PayPal and deal direct with all payments.
It seems all costs are deducted directly from any sale with the remainder being then paid direst...

Yes i agree, this was why i was shocked to find out the resetting of my modem didn't change the number this time.

Don't know why this isn't happening now and it was simply a by chance play with IP...

This is what i have been doing since i discovered the issue by using my Iphone as a hotspot.

I noticed by doing this the IP# would refresh but unfortunately at my home i tend to just get 3G...

I had £400 in an account that i got limited for 180 days. I was using paypal to sell on Facebook and even though all was legit they said it was high risk !!!! To who i dont know.

Yes, Paypal changing their rules to give out info is one thing but going to the bank concerned to ask for the real address i doubt that would be as easy.
