Your IP address methods?

I am considering using my EE sim as it generates a new IP if I turn airplane mode off and on again.

Does anyone do this? What other methods are people using? Particularly in the UK.

What kind of card can I use to pay off ebay fees, my paypal doesn't have enough funds.

The fees are £210. Would using multiple cards and paying off the charge with multiple vanilla cards work or...

for any future readers went through fine and when asked which bank I told him. Then he put me on hold. Was so nervous as I thought he called the bank to check as it wasn't working!

Will call them soon, they emailed me to say it was blocked by an internal security software.

They asked to call to pass their verification.

Yes it wasn't actually added as in confirmed, it just put the details in but got to a verification screen and closed the tab. As the PP is showing no bank added. I will be dumping this pp account...
