The problem is I want them to be spent right away. Just so I know the person that sold them to me doesnt use any of the balance before I do. Because they send me a picture of the card and receipt.

IP Addresses expire after 24 hours of that MAC address not being used. Sometimes you will get lucky and it will have the same IP, but most the time you won't after 24 hours.
