What about the addresses you have on the Paypal accounts? Does not Paypal send your tax info to the addresses on your Paypal accounts? Thanks.

I am sure that can only work if you login to ebay and unlink the paypal account on it and link a new paypal account. But I am not sure that is going to be possible.

It was when you tried to send the 10 dollar to someone.
Then when you did not pick up the phone. This is all done by paypal's automatic system. your account is screwed....

Google voice is FREE. So wont even cost you...
