1) browser doesnt matter. just be sure you have geo-location, etc all set so it matches

2) phone matters. use a REAL sim-card. there's plenty...

MP verification is usually the end of it. "Upload ID" = Account done. They check against a database, impossible to pass creatively.

a) setting up a LLC is easy and costs close to nothing

b) you cant sign up for MP but you dont want to start "fresh" - there's your answer: good bye

From my understanding the SSN is not reported to EBAY, it is reported to ADYEN but I could be wrong here.

However the NAMES must still match, so you cannot have your ebay account under Tom Smith...

Option 4: Ditch the account that got the MP request and open a new one. It takes all but 15minutes to get signed up for ebay/paypal.

I guess ebay will see a huge spike in account creation soon lol...
