Tried it 250 times in a row but didnt worked.


So I think the account is "blocked" but the support dont see it or dont want to see it and...

Hey,

got some blocked paypals for more than 180 days.


Funds are available to withdraw - all is good.

BUT:

Withdraw worked only till 19.09.18. after that day I get on ALL PayPals that...

Yes they can, because they "Need" to verify your identity.

And with Stealth accounts you can only send them ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents …


Its a terrible Situation for all of us.

yes thats more or less the same i receive on my german accounts.

It seems that PayPal wont accept anymore ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents.

Hey,

it seems that since some time PayPal has changed something in their System to Control the documents.

In the past I've had no Problems to send them docs to get my Money out after 180 days....

Also when Transfer with missmatching names come in they will block the Transaction.
They have a hard AFS System!


Only when the PayPal is in the same Name like the Leupay...

Thats hard, because its like a gamble, some will work, some not :(
