You need to get in touch with them. It sounds like they are holding your payouts because they either want to verify your identity of confirm your bank with a statement/micro deposits, but a glitch on...

I contacted customer service and was told by two different reps I would get my funds in 21 days. That was a lie.

In 2019 I received an MC011 on a Managed Payments account, and they did release my funds to me without any issue or holds. Unfortunately it seems times have changed...

That is what I am doing on the MP accounts I have that are still active with payouts being dispersed.

On the accounts that are on hold and not dispersing my funds, I am not selling on those.

Yes it was stealth. The account received an MC011 restriction and the funds were put on hold instead of being paid out. So far this happened on 3 accounts, one of them being on hold for as long as 2...

So far no update on my end. My funds are still on hold, not being released. One account has had them on hold for as long as 2 months. I will update when/if I receive my funds.

They have different Tax ID numbers so I do not think that is the issue.

Currently I am limiting my MP accounts to no more than 10 items/$800 per day and I am having success so far avoiding them holding my payouts.

I would lean towards taking down your listings to be on the safe side, but I can't guarantee this will make a difference. For me, the account I did take down my listings was the account that survived...

It remains to be seen if that is what eBay will do. Hopefully they do give money back after 90-180 days. I believe someone on here posted that their account was suspended and they got their funds...

Yeah, on a few accounts after receiving the "Your payouts are on hold..." message, I got an MC011. One account I got just a straight suspension. Those funds are still on hold and not being dispersed...

Hopefully they do come out within 180 days. Someone on here reported that after an account *suspension* their funds were released after 90 (I believe?) days, exact to the day.

I am hoping MP does...

Stop selling completely until the review is complete.

Lay off the account for a few weeks if you are lucky enough for the review to be complete and your payouts get dispersed to you. Start back...
