Or is it just the name and card number that they can see?

I guess it depends upon how hard they look. I think using good stealth principles ie keeping both accounts totally separate, you could be okay?

What exactly is being checked by trustly? Clearly they are checking the name/bank details. Are they also checking address and DOB? If you enter a correct DOB on trustly, are ebay cross reverencing...

Home internet only had one static IP

unfortunately I use maybe 25 accounts, selling small volumes and low value items.

VPNs for all of these would not be cost...
