MC013 is a permanent restriction. Very rarely you can overturn the restriction but it will be permanently restricted again. There are many reasons why one would get a MC013.

When you upload the ID it is scanned to check the document is genuine. Plenty of tell tale signs it's not. Then the software reads and pulls the data to do a soft ID check.

All this costs them...

This can happen when you use a bad IP.

I always have access to my numbers so easily solved.

Either use a different IP (not VPN) or give it a few days and try again.

It's not about whether it's 'kosher' or not. That type of business is classed as high risk by any payment processor. Even if it's 100% legit.

To be honest, bank to bank is the best option for this...
