Why not just make a new email for uploading purposes just to be safe? I don't think signing into your email while on stealth IP will make a difference as long as you have remote images and flash...

What docs are typically asked for? I've never been limited on a new account like that so I'm not sure. If it's just ID/utility bill/bank statement luckily I'm able to create those sorts of documents
