Yeah theres an easy way to bypass that. Dont select the actual bank, instead select "other bank" then put in the account information and then instant confirm.

You said it was a new stealth, so I'm guessing the account is no longer than a few months old. Sometimes you'll be able to withdraw 1k or so and then you'll get limited lol. I would do the same...
