i use reloadable prepaid ATM card. it has account number, acts as virtual credit card and normal atm card.
strange thing is that it accepts this bank account for lifting limits....

so here;s the whole story.
have been crating stealth polish paypals for about a year.
last 3 of them was limited when i was trying to withdraw money.
when i create account i change ip....
