i am pretty sure you can upgrade to business account when limited, i once asked someone do it for me, he just won't tell me how, but i am 100% sure it works on limited account!!!!

you can't add worldfirst account to us paypal, they will remove bank account once you add it, it is in vain, but you can add it to china paypal, it works!

i am pretty sure my accounts got linked not because of the IP address, as i have many vpn accounts which work seperately,
maybe got linked by bank account :(:(
