......."marked as shipped"? I can't think of a more harmless thing to do on eBay, since I've done it on every item for 2 years......if anyone out there thinks that is a cause for anything bad that...

I had 15 accounts go down at once years ago, due to them being linked to a account that had been limited 3 years earlier......so, there is no "safe" amount of time that goes by, IMO.

I buy 5-10 things a week with paypal on eBay with Mexican IP, shipped to US address...NEVER yet a problem....the main reason I posted was this, was to let some who might be doing the same thing in...

I've been living in Mexico and using my 6 legit accounts with a Mexican IP for 7 weeks now.......no issues...........fact, not rumor or speculation.......

No.....it is NOT...that links them together and your new account with be toasted soon.....you can't link anything new to anything old that has been suspended, OR attached to something suspended...ie,...
