You can use the same phone number to open many gmails. Just make sure you remove the phone number from previous gmail before open a new gmail.

you have no other option but to accept returns unless your buyers agree to keep them for partial refund. these phones should have been sold as blacklisted or with more clear description.

open a new bank acc. under your real name, link it to your paypal with new email address and use it for your ebay stealth account. I see no reason why and how ebay should link it to your suspended...
