For example say you have 1000 items listed and you sold 998 within the 30days, what would you do ?

What I ment was I only buy verified paypal accounts with EU limits lifted, I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who buys accounts like these, so accounts that don't meet this criteria are actually...

8 weeks from being over £1650?

Don't think it's anything to do with the £1650 if that's the case, more like once you actually hit the restriction mark.
