In the last week are so i have opened new bank accounts & have tried to open new stealth ebay/PP accounts but when i come to offer my bank details they just want except them then, PP asked for more...

Im Useing a dongle that changed IP every time you unplug & plug back in again, i than log the address & make sure its not one ive used before
