I had my paypal limited untill i uploaded invoices id etc etc. My ebay was limited untill I resloved my paypal which is now sorted but ebay still saying limited untill paypal sorted. Is this norm...

I know, but just moved nicked my mums pre 07 account and got a little bit giddy and sloppy.

The paypal account is not linked nor verifiyed.

problem with NO:3 the D.O.B wouldnt match the paypal...

Back in 05 I used 1 of my mums ebay accounts (i set 2 up for her)as mine kept getting suspended. Her accounts got suspended for been linked to me and I sent in her I.D proof of address etc etc and...

PayPal can not refund the buyer if they are claiming a dispute after 2 months.
Always "remind" paypal of thier own rules when in dispute...

The 180 days start from your LAST TRANSACTION not when they limited or totally blocked your account.
So check you last transaction, be it a recieved or sent payment, thats the date you need to go...
