ive never had the PP "online id check' pass even with a 'confirmed vcc' attatched in paypal.... always fails and requests...

you need to Tell your Bank / C.card provider when you call that its the 'authorisation code' not the Safelink code that you need

and as ooo.halo suggested, call them late at night, I did and got...

will do. theres nothing too lose by contacting them... only very small amount in it.

imo they are DEFO having all docs checked by the new companys, and I suspect more so if the docs have been sent...

some 'branded stuff yes' but I don't consider them very risky as theres SO MANY selling them, and LOADS of 'new acc's' selling them. also had sent with tracking, got feedback etc

my card I used to buy the vcc is now verified etc

but my VCC is showing '0000 0000 0000 0000' has start date & exp date, theres no name on it and no 3 digit code
