wait 4-5 days then try to transfer $3475...normally if you wait couple days you wouldn't see that security message anymore.

yes that transfer delayed with red triangle means you are moving funds out that account too fast...you will wait 2-3 days AFTER any transaction to then withdraw/send funds...But nothing is going to...

you can try to add a bank account manually or call in to add one. If you decide to receive a check, you can deposit it into your bank account. Certain banks will allow you to do this not sure which...

After they had cancel your last withdraw, you should wait 4 days before doing another withdraw and i suggest you withdraw no more than $480 at a time....That way your account will last longer.

Doing more than one activity in one day to a new pp like yours will cause problems..If you had just sent one payment and had waited another day to do another transaction, you would of been ok.

don't sign into your paypal for 10 days, after 10 days, login and do your withdraw, no security check will come up.
