Sent a parcel to Germany 2 weeks ago and was tracked and signed. Today buyer informed me 'still not had the item, any tracking for it?'

Yes but how many won't bother 1-5% maybe they take the risk on that. Funny how all this consides with ebay and paypal splitting up. Or it that me thinking too much into it ;)

Just bought a 3V Internet shopping card, can this be used as a VCC?

And then can this card be used for anything outside of ebay? petrol, internet shopping etc without it clashing with ebay....

It be ok for a one off now and again, but if you getting many parcels may bring up a flag.

Thought buyer accounts were fine in your own name, address even if been banned.
