I put together a quick invoice for the larger order, and just messaged it to them and explained I use various suppliers who I met over the years via alibaba, eBay etc to buy my smaller items from.

I’m thinking about just telling them straight up that the deal was done over the phone, with a portion of it via bank transfer and the rest in cash on collection. Would this be a problem?

Hi guys. So recently done a big order for a guy who I basically met through eBay messages after he was interested in one of my items. So the deal was for like 8k and he paid me in two instalments....

Apparently now they want a headed letter from the courier stating it was not delivered. (Proof of non delivery) only the courier has already said they won’t deal with me as I’m not the customer. !!!

No it’s normal eBay. And when you track it on the company website it says “depot scan out for delivery” the company phone lives are closed due to covid 19 and the messaging service is just generic...

Well it was a pallet delivery so I just accepted return and said already sent label. Then left it to the buyer to organise.

The company is closed due to corona. No phone lines. You have to “submit a ticket” online. The tracking is viewable online but it’s s pallet company so it’s not with any of the big major caompanies.
