On ebay, if you have holds, the general rule is $250/£165 plus 25 sales plus 90 days from first sale (+ upto 3 more to catch up).

That alone won't likely be enough unless you are one of the lucky few who get to generate some ebay accounts with no ebay holds, just paypal holds.....in which case it would be 60 days and 10 sales...

Agreed, that would certainly be over cautious!

I think as long as people are sensible and don't go opening 3 or 4 bank accounts every week, or 4 or 5 savers in a day with the same institution,...

Caution should also be exercised in the number of savers/basics opened with banks and b/s' and...
