Not what I was asking. I was simply asking about the release for 21 day holds. It says "funds will be released 1 day after delivery"...that's all I was wanting to confirm.

A payment issue. I do not think the chat option would work with something like a limitation. But for other "general" questions, it probably will work just fine.

Not for limitations, but I just used it this morning for something else....not 100% sure that it's safe to use yet though. They may be peeking at your computer somehow if you are using it.

The classic link doesn't send you to classic withdrawal...just tried it out. It forwards me to paypal.com/moneytransfer which is the new layout. :violin:

What is the "classic link" you speak of? I always withdraw from (warning paypal link:) paypal.com/wdfunds by typing it in directly. That's where I got the message this morning.
