Does this mean the "old original banned account details" can be used again. Or, the "original photo ID", eg, Passport, driving licence that was banned in the past, or can both be used nowdays?

You will need one phone for one account. You cannot do text/call verification for multiple accounts with the same phone.

Is the phone different to what you have used before? The IMEI or MEID number for your phone acts as a unique identifier for that device. No two devices will have the same, so if using same phone on...

They won't give you a reason to avoid the same mistake on a new account.

Once the 6 months are over, they will require doc's to release the funds. If the account is real, just provide it to them....

Anyone's account can be banned at any time for any reason whether it's because ebay bots don't like something they pick up or a manual inspection, or a simply mistake on the owners part.

Don't think this has anything to do with viruses or spam. If clearing cookies etc on multiple browsers does not clear the issue, i had a similar problem with FF and Chrome, i disabled hardware...

This can be caused by corrupt cookies, cache, (as we don't clear these in our user accounts), or addon's may be causing the issue.
