Categories don't mean much these days. If you try to sell something that Amazon feels should be restricted they will simply ask you to prove it with utility bills, business licenses or invoices...

changing any information on an account can lead to a review. They are just checking you are legit, and if you are, there should not be any problems. You just send them what they ask for.

I just changed a payment method and they suspended for the same utility bill, business license thing. I've been selling for over a year on this store, same thing, no issues at all.
