Second is Portugal and Israel (i do ship to these countries but it takes ages)

Be carefull! He opened a dispute - you said to him that you will go to police - he closed dispute.

Now he can do bank chargeback and say that he didnt do this transaction, so theres still chance...

If you have many Stealth accounts you can try and list those items, but dont list the same item into all accounts in case they will be shut down,try on one account and be careful with this.
