As of august 13th, if you are a Non-EU entropay member your account will cease to allow new cards and top ups. Also by late October all cards on file will be permanently deleted.

I always take care of webrtc so this is not the issue, however I changed the time zone and fixed the time zone issue however still it continues to show 2 different operating systems.

Nope! Not true. This is only the case for Personal PayPal Accounts and I see this changing "Real Soon". Business and Premiere accounts they still ask for the DOB.

So even with a Guaranteed fresh dedicated IP, if the VPN is generating a IP location in New York, but the account is located in Illinois this is accepted?
