I had the same thing, buyer left neg. and was a buyer from hell. I did the balance on the account and issued a full refund to avoid the return hassle and site issues. Also sent neg. feedback request...

I just went through it, and I do think it is random. Mine lasted about 24 hours, then the red bar turned black. Just some friendly info on what I went through.

I did a couple Payoneer personal accounts. ID only, and business account requires alot more verification. I think it's best to keep everything personal, and only business upgrade if forced to do so....

Working on it, small country, requires ID number, active phone for text verification, and active bank info for withdrawals via Payoneer to said bank.

What you have to do is go to the domestic version, once established you can then in turn be allowed to sell international on .com

Been here in PH alot of yrs and only issue would be buyer...

There is alot of editing Software for free, that is all it takes, and one can use their own ID to adjust, so find someone with skills in the editing software. Then send it off, worked for me.
