I just created a new PP account, unverified, and i sent 10$ from an UNVERIFIED Internationale account on it. payment for goods. This is the highest risk I can know for PayPal. they only added a 21...

Just wanted to be sure. When they limit an Business account they always ask for ID, proof of address and so on...very rarely the business registration/creation papers.

I use Canadian stealth accounts, so it will make no sense to add a ROMANIAN flag.

SSN is only in US. We don't have something like that in European Union , however we have others unique numbers that can link to us. Like ID numbers, personal ID numbers and so on. Banks can easy...
