Hmmm possibly or if the buyers admit they are wrong get them to revise there feedback.
I personally never sell items I cannot dispatch within 24/48 hours as no matter how clear you try to make it...

FBA works out cheaper for some items and not others. I have found they are good for "medium" sized items under 1kg
