dont follow? ebay/paypal will nearly always side with the buyer in a dispute, just the first time ive had it happen on a larger sale amount (for me anyway)

no you cant verify the bank account. and once the 2 small deposits are refunded back to PP you can never withdraw to that bank account again. ie. use it once then its gone for good. not really useful...

No, cant withdraw to the card because you must load a minimum of $10 to the card and the PP deposits are under $2 so get rejected and never deposited. You cant see the PP code so cant verify.
