Yes, but a developed ebay account is part of the business in general.
So lets say a person who developed an ebay account no longer wants to stay in ebay business and he just transfers the account...

That's what I did, I gave them a call yesterday and the guy gave me an email to which I should write my arguments, so I wrote the email today. I hope everything will be okay!
