The problem in these cases is the address or phone used to create the account. For me it was the address they said even though it is a legit address. Nothing better than spending over a hour on hold...

I added a savings account for the first account I did mao that I got 0/$0 for but until the useful info from others on here I thought it was because I needed the bank verification to get anything....
